Metatrader means the software of MetaQuotes Software Corp used for trading with EA Sniper FX Bot
MT4 means Metatrader 4
MT5 means Metatrader 5
Service refers to EA Sniper FX Bot, its License and the Website

That you are installing the system of your own free will.

Our Company develops and provides Expert Advisors, also known as investor robots, trader robots, or simply robots, which run on the Metatrader structure, and is not responsible for any error, failure, which may or may not cause losses of any kind or nature.

Be aware and agree that our Company only develops quantitative software and technologies, and does not act as a provider of market information or as a receiver/transmitter of trading orders for the Forex system, which is done by the Broker, and therefore disclaims any liability, direct or indirect, for failures, errors and any and all losses arising from transactions carried out based on information from its systems, notably, but not limited to, errors relating to quotes, margin, rejected orders, interventions made by the Broker's risk, synchronization of positions with the Broker, and trading hours.

Be aware that our Company does not recommend, indicate or advise investments, nor any information on the future performance of any system or technology.

Be aware that the licensed software only executes financial transactions carried out in the Forex market in an automated manner and does not constitute a guarantee of elimination of the risks inherent to this type of activity, which is subject to all market characteristics, rules and behaviors.

Be aware that the automated trading systems developed by our Company do not constitute an independent investment portfolio management system but are merely a computer program that executes financial transactions according to predefined and parameterizable rules.

Be aware that the rules and regulations of the Forex market are subject to change, which should be verified with your Broker.

Be aware that our Company is not responsible for any failures or errors of any nature in the provision or use of your EA.

Be aware that any disclosure of past results, of any strategy, does not imply investment recommendation, and that past results do not represent a guarantee or suggestion of future results.

License Conditions of Sniper FX Bot

The user that purchases a License of Sniper FX Bot will get:

Access to videos that reveals in detail the entire Sniper FX Bot trading operational strategy and how it works
Lifetime License of EA Sniper FX Bot for up to 10 (ten) Metatrader accounts.

Important:

All ten (10) Metatrader accounts must be in the same person's name. You can choose between MT4 or MT5 accounts. For example, 4x MT4 + 6x MT5 accounts.

Each Metatrader account number provided will receive a password that allows the robot to be used on this account for lifetime. It is not possible to change the account number after the password has been provided.

Before the password to release an account is provided, proof will be requested that the account is in the name of the License holder, through a short video or if preferred through our Verification Script for Metatrader. The password will not be provided if the MT4 or MT5 account is in someone else's name.

The number of all 10 (ten) accounts must be informed within a maximum period of 12 months from the date of purchase of the license to receive their respective release password. After this period, passwords will no longer be provided.

Methods of Delivery

After confirming your payment for the License, we will send to the email address provided during purchase, all the information to access the videos, members area, download the EA files and setups, and provide the account numbers for which the release passwords will be generated.

Technical Conditions

In case of detection the fact of hacking or attempts of hacking EA Sniper FX Bot, we reserve the right to cancel your License and block your account without the right to a refund. Do not post your copy of the EA, or your account information on third-party web sites, and do not give it to third parties who may attempt to hack the EA.

The License of the EA that you purchased at our Website with our protection allows to trade on accounts with a balance of no more than $300,000. In case you need to increase this limit, please contact us.

By using our EA Sniper FX Bot you declare:

To have knowledge about how Expert Advisors work in Metatrader, as well as the risks involved in their use.

Be aware that investing in Forex is a risky investment, where there is a possibility of losing all invested amounts. When carrying out Forex operations with leverage, there is a possibility of losses greater than the invested amounts.

Be solely responsible for defining the quantity and financial value that will be operated by the system, through customizable parameters in the EA inputs.

Be aware that each instance of the robot must have a different Magic Number, and that it must monitor it during the operating period.

Be aware that the execution of orders sent by the EA are carried out by the Broker, and in this case, depending on the Broker, they may be executed outside the price requested by the EA.

Be aware that the software will execute orders automatically in your account, based on the rules and procedures previously established in the EA, as shown in the videos provided with the License.

Be aware that any operational errors generated by the automated trading system (EA) that may cause losses will not be reimbursed by our Company, and You are responsible for its operation and results.

Be aware that the definition of margins and operating limits is the sole responsibility of the Broker, and that our Company has no participation or responsibility in this process.

Members Area of the Website

Prohibition of Disclosure

It is forbidden to disclose or share the files and videos made available to the user after the purchase of the Sniper FX Bot License in groups, forums, social networks, apps or any other internet site. The files and videos are for the personal and exclusive use of the License owner. Our team constantly conducts research on the internet to protect our intellectual property and if any irregularity is detected, legal action will be taken.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds for any Products/Services offered by MTX Solutions LLC. All sales of Sniper FX Bot are final, as when purchasing the License you will have access to videos revealing in detail the entire trading strategy used by our EA Sniper FX Bot and passwords that release the use of the EA in Metatrader accounts for life, which is irreversible.

Entire Agreement
